A New Way To Chat For BlackBerry: INSTANGO

It seems like every day a new application for either GPS or IM comes out for the BlackBerry. Point in fact is a new application that just came out called INSTANGO. It is a new IM client for blackberry that lets you connect to almost all the IM or chat based networks such as Gtalk, ICQ, AIM, Yahoo, GaduGadu, QQ & Jabber. There are quite a few BlackBerry IM applications out there that seem to do the same thing which makes it hard to set them apart. Instango seems to well equipped to keep you in touch with all of your friends on the go. The application itself still needs some work when it comes navigation with the trackball which tends to be jittery if you scroll too fast.
Instango is available in both OTA and ZIP for PC installation.
What makes this application cool if you are a IM addict is that is FREE?
There are some interesting features that make INSTANGO stand out. The first is that it lets you use Push-to-Talk to send voice messages for free to any other INSTANGO user or to your home computer or IM network. Another feature I find useful is the ability to send pictures and audio messages to your buddies. INSTANGO also lets you send IM to SMS and back.

As a side benefit INSTANGO also lets you read your favorite RSS feeds by adding your favorite ones and they will get delivered and updated in the application. Try it for yourself and see what you think, its free and offers some of the features that mature BlackBerry IM applications have. Overall INSTANGO is a pretty decent application especially for a free one.
